Why does the Vermillion border fade (scientifically) and can it ever actually be regrown/repaired or are there just illusion procedures to make it appear defined? Is there a reason one portion might fade faster/more than another? (ex: one side the Cupid's Bow). Is it possible to have definition go away but not have much thinning or wrinkle issues? If so, what might be the best mitigation?

DermaVeil is not yet approved by the FDA per my knowledge. I am a big fan of Sculptra which is a collagen stimulating filler that has been used for years in the US safely.
Dear CvanbcThank you for your question! The fillers with higher G prime last the longest amongst the HA fillers . Sculptra can also be used and will last 2 to 3 years. With Warm RegardsTrevor M Born MD
