Im 25 with severe loose skin on my thighs stomach and arms due to ehlers danlos syndrome and significant weight loss. Would thermage or laser skin tightening work? I had a consultation for thermage today and the doctor said she doesn't know if it would do anything because my collagen is not normal. Planning a tummy tuck for my stomach once I have children but want to improve my appearance much before this as that's many years away. I'm devastated by how I look and desperate for any improvement

hi and thanks for your question and photos. Nonsurgical treatments are not an option for you in my opinion. You need tummy tuck and thigh lift based on this photos. But you may have wound healing problems because of your syndrome. Good luck and get heal soon

Non surgical options give only mild improvement compared to surgical lifting. Skin tightening can be done with a combination of vanquish, venus legacy, exilis, celllutone/Zwave. However for best results, a tummy tuck procedure can be combined with a high definition procedure at the same time. For best results, I recommend a hi definition procedure like a VASER liposuction. I use VASER HI DEF with ThermRF and fat grafting to get the most fat removal, skin tightening, contour and definition. This combination will give you the most toned result.
