Would rhinoplasty fix my side profile? (Photo)

Thank you for sharing your question and photos. Although it is difficult to offer specific recommendations based on your photos alone, you appear to be a good candidate for a rhinoplasty. Your bump can be shaved and, depending on your skin thickness, your tip can be refined. You also appear to have a slightly weaker chin, which may be causing asymmetry of your profile. A small chin implant will help to balance your silhouette and create more facial harmony. The chin implant can be placed at the same time as your rhinoplasty, which can consolidate your downtime. In my practice, I like to used 3D digital photos of my patients to simulate realistic surgical outcomes. This can be done for both your nose and your chin so you can see projected results. I recommend scheduling a consultation with a board-certified facial plastic surgeon who is experienced with both procedures. photograph, you may benefit from a tip refining rhinoplasty.  You may also benefit from a dorsal hump
reduction.  Make sure you specifically look at
before and after pictures of real patients who have had this surgery performed
by your surgeon and not just a computer animation system.
The most important aspect is to find a surgeon you are comfortable with. I
recommend that you seek consultation with a qualified board-certified plastic
surgeon who can evaluate you in person.

Yes, your nose could be improved with rhinoplasty, which would give permanent improvements in symmetry and profile. When you meet with a facial plastic surgeon, he or she will consider your nose in balance with your other features. You can bring some photos of noses that you think would be flattering to your face and these can be discussed. Cost will vary due to many factors and can be discussed at your consultation. I hope this helps.

I would recommend writing down the following questions before scheduling your consultation:
1. Are you unhappy with the tip of your nose? 
2. Do you feel that your nose is too wide?
