Implants 3 years ago. I have red patches on boobs after sitting in sun (covered up). Did something happen to my implants?

Red patches under my nipple on my scar and around my nipple after being in the sun but was covered up, stinging feeling and burning feeling.i was in the sun for 20 mins I had implants 3 years ago has something happened to them
