Implants 3 years ago. I have red patches on boobs after sitting in sun (covered up). Did something happen to my implants?

Red patches under my nipple on my scar and around my nipple after being in the sun but was covered up, stinging feeling and burning feeling.i was in the sun for 20 mins I had implants 3 years ago has something happened to them

So sorry to hear about your awful experience. Follow up with your PS and follow any wound care protocol that they suggest. It will heal over time, however you may look into scar therapy treatments once you are healed. All the best and good luck Kind regards,

Thanks for your question! In my experience of doing thousands of breast augmentation surgeries, I’d say that if you don’t have any stretch marks to this point, you’re probably not going to get any. Best of luck to you!
