Losing grafts after 2.5 months FUE hair transplant operation? (Photos)

Question

I have had FUE at the end of January, 2.5 months ago, recently I have noticed I am losing hair with a white part attached on the bottom from my crown receiving area. The hair look quite embedded into the white part, and their number varies between1 and 3 per white part. I could feel something on my scalp, and they come out quite easily. Please see the pictures for your comments, thanks.

It is normal to lose transplanted hairs days to weeks after surgery.  It may take 6 to 12 months to see new hairs grow out.

That is normal , transplanted graft’s hair starts to shedding in the first week of surgery and may go on untill 4-6 th weeks after surgery. İt is not surprising to lost approx. %70-80 of all transplanted hair shafts in first month when you are washing, gently rubbing or touching the head. İt is shock loss and not permanent. Even your native hair may affected with that post traumatic transient hair loss…New hair at transplant and donor area starts to grow at 3-4 th month after surgery .

the old hair shaft thats attached to the roots detaches and shedds grafually. The new hair starts to grow in after four months. So no worries.

These hairs may sooner or later shed. They are never a problem for new hairs that start to grow. Usually, there is a lag time between the time the hairs shed (2-8 weeks) and the time the new hair grows (3-8 months). IF for any reason, there is an overlap between the two, pay no attention to it for when the new hair grows, the old hairs from the grafts that may persist beyond 8 weeks, will eventually shed
