How long before I can use hair wax after FUE hair transplant? 3 months post op.

I had FUE hair transplant at asmed clinic in Turkey and in my post op notes it says not hiar styling products until 6 months post op. I am approaching month 3 now and would like to use some hair wax on odd occasions when i go out. Would this affect my results? Thank you.

It is best to ask your surgeon about post operative care as each doctor has their unique regimen.  There is nothing bad about styling your hair.

Hello, Thank you for your question3 month post operative is the time when you can use any concealers or wax. I do not suggest my patients to dye their hair at least for 6 month, but for the wax there is no problem.

3 months after your procedure you are fine to use the hair wax. You will not hurt the results of your procedure.
