At five months it is very early to tell the final outcome of the procedure. From the photos, you have growth that is on par with 5 months time, but the final outcome is months away. You can follow up in 2-3 months and we can give a better indication of outcome

As a general rule after hair transplantation you will begin to see the result on the third month. And you will see  10% increase in the density per month. This means on the fifth month you can expect 50% percent regrow.You will improve more.
Before one year it’s not reasonable to asses the result of hair transplantation. And please do not compare your result with other patients. Because hair quality, hair thickness, hair fullness, wound healing are all different patient to patient. You can’t even expect the same result between two patients who have the same amount of grafts transplanted by the same surgeon.
