My implants hang away from chest wall. How can I fix? Bad scarring too

I have 755cc implants they come away from chest wall when bent over,you can literally lift up all the implant as they sag so badly,i want to bend over and them be pert and not hang or come away from my chest.i had lift too, full anchor plus i have really bad scarring around areolas.Whats the best way to correct all this.ive literally no areola left :-( i cant afford thousands to fix

Hello,Your nipples are low on your breasts, but your current implants make lifting a difficult process due to lack of sufficient skin to reposition nipples. Switching to larger implants will make both nipple position worse, and performing a lift impossible.
