Can a fractured cheekbone/zygoma be successfully 'treated' (filled in) with filler?

I fractured my cheekbone several years ago, but it was not corrected by surgery at the hospital, as it was considered to be a 'mild depression' and my functionality was not affected. It didn't look too noticeable at the time (as it was still swollen), but as I've aged it has become more pronounced. Now my cheek has a definite flatness/hollow on that side and my face looks asymmetrical. Can it be treated with filler or fat? If so, what would be best, and what sort of doctor or surgeon should I see?
