Will these fat necrosis lumps go? (Photo)

I literally had no done 5 and a half weeks ago and I had a huge cyst which has now gone down but has left a hard mass lump. Will this fat necrosis lumps go? What can I do to get it smaller or how can I have this removed with making a dent? Very frustrating and I have lumps on both sides which is very upsetting and giving me extreme anxiety, would like some help on what to do next.
