I had septo-rhinoplasty with turbinate reduction five days ago and I'm a little concerned that I keep getting dizzy episodes, especially during the evening. I have dissolvable packing in which appears entirely in tact as I still can't breathe at all through the nose and my nose is constantly streaming. Is the dizziness part and parcel of the procedure and by reason of the amount of mucus, blood in my nose etc? Thanks in advance
