Nose too wide & stretches out when I smile, nostrils large. My main aim wuld b 2 reduce nose size. I'm unbothered by nose height/tip sharpness, I wuldnt want any implant/procedure to make it so. Doc proposed ear cartilage, but Im not comfortable w inserting additional things. I'd prefer somethg more simple. I've read abt diff techniques of alarplasty. Can it reduce fleshiness of nose if incision is made at cheek-nose line, tgt w reducing width by base incision? Is removing excess flesh on nose possible?
