Is botched liposuction under chin area fixable? (Photos)

A couple of treatment options include fat grafting and platysmaplasty. I have treated cases of over-resection of submental fat with autologous fat grafting. Fat is harvested from one area and injected back into the defect area. It is difficult to determine from your photo, but a platysmaplasty with removal of some subplatysmal fat may provide a more defined neck and jawline. An in office consultation is needed to make that determination.

You would be best served by going to specialists in facial surgery who could evaluate the deformity in person. It seems that you would must likely need a "skin tightening" procedure with possibly additional selective liposuction.

it is hard to tell for sure without an examination. Based on your photos, it looks like you would benefit from chin liposuction. When the chin bone is vertically shortened from a submental approach there will be a discrepancy between the new level of the soft tissue chin pad and the neck tissues. This is usually leveled out in such submental vertical chin reductions since it is readily seen and expected during the surgery. It can still be fixed now by a soft tissue submentoplasty procedure.
