I had liposuction done under my chin and a bit of bone shaved off in 2013. I never had big chin and too much of fat under, it was just my idea at the time to get it smaller and now I feel disfigured. I am model and this is very bothering, since I can’t pose from certain angles. Is incision under chin and removing excess skin and fat right solution? My PS said liposuction wouldn’t work to correct this since it's too little fat remaining. How would you correct this botched case of mine?
