Advanced Genioplasty and jaw contouring disaster. What are my options to fix this problem?

Only on the basis of in person evaluation one could give you good plan of care. Correction of dent with soft tissue filler of different kind or fat grafting is, most likely, acceptable option. In person consultation is recommended. Good luck.

You would probably benefit from a custom jawline implant. The side that you like can be used to match the side that is indented. Otherwise, fat or other fillers can be used but would need constant maintenance.

This is something that often happens after genioplasty. You can have us fix the bone permanently by softening the dent and adjusting the defect, or you can camouflage by filling in on the skin.

Genioplasty is a very powerful procedure to enhance the lower third of your face. The dent that you are seeing is the consequence of the gap created by the osteotomy. That gap can be filled either with temporary fillers while bone grows and fills the site, or a custom made iimplant can be placed to make the contour of the chin accord to the mandibular bone segment.
In your case a revision genioplasty could also be performed very carefully trough 3D surgical planning.

Easiest plan is a combination of Sculptra and Voluma HA fillers abut 30-40 cc's of the mixture. Fee $3,000. Otherwise might try fat grafting (fee $5,000). I wouls try to avoid surgery.

You have a not uncommon indentation which occurs from the disruption of the jawline from the sliding genioplasty advancement which was undoubtably combined with a midline wedge resection for narrowing ...which makes this adverse aesthetic sequelae much more likely. It is seen quite frequently. It needs to be filled in with some material of which there are numerous options. A 3D CT scan should be done first, however, to fully appreciate the extent of the bony indentation which will also then help guide one to the best method to correct it.

I do not recommend anybody travel for surgery especially travel to other countries. The primary reason people do this is to save money and often they get their moneys worth.

To get an assessment you need the proper before and after pictures. At this point you need to have in person consultations with local board-certified plastic surgeons or oral surgeons who do these procedures.

The bone surgery and apparent face-lift combination has created contours which should be amenable to augmentation of the specific defects but due to scar tissue may still require some filler even after the next procedure. The chin in particular is less ideal. X-rays would help your assessment
