Excellent results can be achieved either way, specifically doing the breast lift or the tummy tuck first. I would suggest that you identify your #1 priority, and move forward with that procedure first. Once procedure #1 has healed, procedure #2 should not notably impact the results of procedure #1.
Ultimately, the area that bothers you most should be addressed first.
