I appreciate your question. I specialize in Brazilian Butt lifts and body contouring procedures. The amount of enhancement possible depends on how much fat can be harvested from your body. The best way to assess and give true advice would be an in-person exam. Please see a board-certified plastic surgeon that specializes in aesthetic and restorative plastic surgery. Best of luck! If you select a surgeon who is an expert at performing the liposuction and BBL on thinner patients, I think that you can have a good result. This may require 800 cc per buttock.
You could benefit from liposculpting to achieve a more contoured and hourglass shape. But, you should have realistic expectations regarding the amount of fat available for transfer. Based on the photos, you appear to be a good candidate for a moderate fat transfer.
It really depends on what your goals are. Your limiting factor will be not having enough fat. It will not be a choice for you. All excess fat obtained through liposuction should be injected. Maximum you will likely only end up with ~700-800cc of good quality fat to each buttock as you appear pretty thin. I think you will have a beautiful results as you have a very nice figure to start with. Make sure you find a board certified PS that does a good number of this procedure.
A Brazilian butt lift uses fat that is liposuctioned and then reinjected into the buttocks for a fuller shape. It would have been good to use the fat removed from your abdomen, but as long as you have additional fat elsewhere, the BBL can be done.
It depends on how much fat was available for the transfer. About a third of the fat usually doesn't survive after the fat grafting. I would recommend a consultation with your surgeon since he/she has performed the surgery and is familiar with your case.
It is possible to have fat transferred to the thighs. Most patients are looking for sculpted and well defined thighs. If that is what you are after squats at the gym would be the most cost effective option. Best Wishes
