Answer: 5,7ft 65 kg how many cc will I need in each cheek to achieve a good result from a BBL? If you select a surgeon who is an expert at performing the liposuction and BBL on thinner patients, I think that you can have a good result. This may require 800 cc per buttock.

But, you should have realistic expectations regarding the amount of fat available for transfer. Based on the photos, you appear to be a good candidate for a moderate fat transfer.

It will not be a choice for you. All excess fat obtained through liposuction should be injected. Maximum you will likely only end up with ~700-800cc of good quality fat to each buttock as you appear pretty thin. I think you will have a beautiful results as you have a very nice figure to start with. Make sure you find a board certified PS that does a good number of this procedure.
