What is the best treatment for festoon just beginning to develop?

Hello I am 66 year old woman who is just now beginning to develop a festoon (malar mound) on top of left cheekbone. I would like to have something done which could stop the progression of the festoon. I have reduced my salt intake and am treating area with tretinoin creme. This has already helped. What would be your best Laser recommendation for this problem?

Festoons are difficult to treat.  In addition to the current interventions you already have in place some patients find improvement with laser treatments.  Another option is Morpheus8.  These treatments combine microneedling with RF technology to improve overall skin tone and texture.
