Can I undergo general anesthesia for a surgery if I take wellbutrin XL (bupropion)? (Photo)

I plan to undergo a gynecomastia surgery (level 2, removal of gland + fat). i notified my surgeon that i take wellbutrin XL who will in his turn inform the anesthesist. I consulted my neurologist who told me to cut wellbutrin before the surgery. wellbutrin raises dopamine levels in the brain. but how long shall I stop wellbutrin before surgery? the gynecomastia is shown in the photos. i'm pretty sure the need for a surgery for my gynecomastia is justified, and it's not a luxury or paranoia.
