Uneven chest after gynecomastia surgery?

I had gynecomastia correction surgery a little over 5 months ago. My chest is slightly uneven as the doctor admitted one side was liposuctioned a little too much. In his words, the left side is a little "under." However, he brushed off my concern as if it were no big deal. Is this normal or should I seek a second opinion? Will my chest even itself out in time? Possibly with weight or muscle gain?

 Unfortunately, temporary or permanent changes to nipple sensation are possible complications from gynecomastia surgery. Since you are well  out of the range of healing time from surgery it is unlikely this is sensation will return.  It is worth it to follow up with your surgeon if you have mo...

Healing takes months. Burning can last month and normal sensation more than a year to return. Swelling takes weeks and is sometimes an even. I recommend 6 to 12 months of healing before you  evaluate results.  #PuffyNipples #Post–Op
