Some asymmetry is normal.  If one side was "overdone" then perhaps you need fat grafting to balance it out.  Best to be evaluated in person.

almost everyone is a little asymmetrical, both before and after surgery. If the asymmetry is very obvious to others, a second procedure might be beneficial, but probably not before another several months go by.

All breasts are somewhat asymmetric due to the underyling bone structure and amount of soft tissue.  However, the difference should be minute and can be easily ignored. If the size disparity between your right and left breasts is a cause for concern, i.e., it is very apparent, then you may want to consider a revision.I hope that helps and good luck.
