Sir two months ago i suddenly notice my clothes touching armpit , then instantly went to doctor he said lymph node swelling but i dont have any pain or problems in hand movment . again i went to another doctor he sain muscle orientation , third doctor said just a fat , one more doctor said accessory breast. Sir i am 31 yrear 86kg weight male how can i have accessary breast. Plz see photo and help .

Answer: Accessory breast vs fat Hello and thanks for your question. It is not uncommon to find accessory breast tissue in the armpit howvwer in a male patient I would suspect excess axillary fat. Consult with a BCPS. Good luck.DrBurnett#realself100
