I had gynecomastia removal 11 months ago, I am 19 years old. The result for my left chest turned out bad and now I'm looking for revision surgery. But I'm on a tight budget. I hear fat grafting isn't reliable and may need multiple procedures so I was to avoid that. Is fat flaps a cheaper solution though? If u were to estimate with loca anesthesia how much fixing this would cost with the more affordable revision technique what would it be.
