it seems that i dont have any supportive part at the tips of my nose. I have been worried about the prodedure and the unsuccessful performance of the surgery. I want to know how to avoid the risk of the Rhinoplasty to the maximum.

After reviewing your photos, I feel that you may be better suited for a rhinoplasty than a non-surgical option.  Although fillers can increase tip projection, a surgical rhinoplasty is required to narrow and refine the tip.  I recommend seeking out a Board-Certified plastic or facial surgeon who will accurately examine your nose, create a simulation that will show you what your nose COULD look like after surgery, and formulate a plan tailored to your wishes. The round and bulbous tip is addressed with a tip rhinoplasty which includes suture techniques applied to the lower lateral cartilages of the nasal tip area.
