it seems that i dont have any supportive part at the tips of my nose. I have been worried about the prodedure and the unsuccessful performance of the surgery. I want to know how to avoid the risk of the Rhinoplasty to the maximum.

There is no permanent alternative solution to safely and predictably reshape the nose.  However, if you are ok with temporary changes, than nonsurgical rhinoplasty can create significant changes and improvements when performed by a specialist.
