Without photos, I can only comment in general terms. Nonsurgical rhinoplasty or a nonsurgical nose job uses volumizing fillers to straighten bumps and humps of the nasal bridge (as can be clearly seen in the sidebar to this of column of a patient of mine about a decade ago with a rather pronounced bump and drooping tip), fill saddle nose deformities, raise droopy tips, fill nasal tip clefts, even out profile deformities that sometimes follow surgical rhinoplasty and also to improve an exposed columella (also sometimes the result of surgical nose jobs) and to fill dented areas on the sides of the nose. It is a relatively inexpensive procedure and typically takes an experienced injector about five minutes to perform. You would be well advised to seek consultation with a board certified aesthetic physician with experience and expertise in nonsurgical nose jobs. Make sure to ask to see his/her before and after photos. It is best to go to a physician who has experience in using fillers for the nasal area. But you need an in person consultation to determine the best approach. Good luck, Dr. Emer.
