I had a follow up with my ENT/PS today, after having surgery a month ago for a broken nose. I wasn't happy with the alignment of my nose and he told me in order to get further visible results I would need a rhinoplasty. Is it possible to straighten/realign my nose any further without falling into rhinoplasty? My problem is at the bridge, it is not symmetrical. But he said in order to fix the bridge he would need to fix the rest of the nose (including catilage), hence Rhinoplasty.
