What's the best option for two really deep, wide, wrinkles on one side of my upper lip? (Photos)

It's slightly discolored and is very sunken, what is my best option? I have been looking at CO2 or Halo lasers as well as microneedling and fillers, which I already have in my lips from 12-13 months ago. I did have the upper area filled with cannula in October - immediately after I had a good result but I think it was just the swelling. It didn't last and I didn't go back. I am 39.

these lines are from volume loss AND sagging, you need skin tighteing plus volume. lasers, microneedling and fillers will all help.  I suggest daily hydration and plumping to the lips themsevles too especially restorsea exfoliation to help the lines above the lips.  but overall you need a face/neck lift and morpheus treatments if you truly want to get the skin tighter again.  see link to emeragecosmetics.com where we do daily free skincare consults.  Best, Dr. Emer.
