I have some syringoma and milia around my eyes I want to get rid off through laser treatment but I am scared after getting it removed if they will leave any marks on my skin ???

yes if not treated properly or pre and post treated the skin can be marked.  I suggest you pretreat with eye rolling package to prevent hyperpigmentation ( see link to emeragecosmetics.com where we do free skin care consults daily). also use reve skin 1.0 retinol or sente bio complete serum. Best, Dr. Emer.
