I have some syringoma and milia around my eyes I want to get rid off through laser treatment but I am scared after getting it removed if they will leave any marks on my skin ???

You need to post photos and get a formal consultation. co2 can be used all over for various things but Is quite dangeous if you do not know what you are doing.  co2 should be performed for antiaging every 1-2 years and for scarring much more frequently.  Best, Dr. Emer.
