10 months post Capsulorrhaphy issue - What can I do? (photos)

I see what you mean- it's sort of got a double bubble and an odd bulge- I would consider a revision of the capsule on that side with possible insertion of a sheet of Strattice mesh to help smooth it out!

I understand your concern. However, without a proper assessment, it would be difficult to determine what went wrong. It is best that you visit your plastic surgeon for further assessment or ask for a second opinion. Only after a thorough examination, you can get proper recommendations and advice.

If the pocket was tightened, it may have been tightened at little too much. Otherwise, you may have a capsule which could be treated with external ultrasound and Accolate before trying surgery. I would give that a try first.
