Is it possible to get custom chin implants in Europe? (Photos)

I want to get my profile improved and looking for the options. What I want is a dramatic change. I've found customized chin implants done in the USA only. Is someone doing that in Europe. I'm afraid that just implant won't be enough to reach desired change. Is it possible to do a bone shifting and an implant at once? I'm afraid to invest time and money and not get the result I want. Thank you for your feedback and advice!
