I went to the doctor to get dissolved under eye filler because i had years worth of filler and thought i had the tyndall effect. It was barely noticeable but i wanted to fix it. The doctor said it wasnt a tyndall effect and instead to put radiesse in the mid face that will lift the cheeks and reduce the darkness under my eyes. Instead it made it way worse. Is it filler thats irritated? Or is it staining? I didnt bruise or anything so confused how it could be staining.

Answer: The Tyndall effect is a bluish discoloration under the eyes after HA injections.
Based on your photos, your Asymmetry is not easily seen. If you're concerned that your nostrils look different on front view, depending on your examination, microdroplet Silikon-1000 maybe considered for lowering your nostrils and for achieving symmetry. I hope this helps! Sincerely Dr Joseph
A wonderful option for providing natural facial fullness, contour and structure are collagen biostimulators such as Sculptra. This avoids the need for using fillers and has a very natural result since it works by stimulating your own collagen. It even tends to last longer than fillers as well...
