Based on your photos, your Asymmetry is not easily seen. If you're concerned that your nostrils look different on front view, depending on your examination, microdroplet Silikon-1000 maybe considered for lowering your nostrils and for achieving symmetry. I hope this helps! Sincerely Dr Joseph
If the problem here is one of asymmetry between the size of the apertures (the openings) of nostrils, a low viscosity, malleable, cohesive HA filler can help to improve this. I have done this for patients, but usually prefer a test injection of salt solution or diluted anesthetic first in order to get a real-world look at what the likely outcome would be from the actual filler treatment. As the nose is certainly not an area to be trusted to an inexperienced, novice injector accustomed to treating simple smile lines with ordinary Juvederm or Restylane, you would be wise to make sure that you consult with an experienced, board certified cosmetic dermatologist filler expert. Hope this helps and best of luck.
A wonderful option for providing natural facial fullness, contour and structure are collagen biostimulators such as Sculptra. This avoids the need for using fillers and has a very natural result since it works by stimulating your own collagen. It even tends to last longer than fillers as well...
We all have facial asymmetry to some degree and yours falls within normal limits. We can use tools such as Botox and fillers to help improve asymmetry. Visit with an experienced injector near you to discuss your concerns and learn more about your options.
Hi, thank you for your question! I would recommend waiting two weeks after dermal filler to have any type of dental procedure done.
