Clear oils should be fine to use with any laser device for hair growth although most instructions state to use on clean hair/scalp. I would not recommend using them with an oil that is dark colored, only clear. I would also be careful if you use any botanical oils to make sure they don't make you more sensitive to light. There are some plants that can cause "photosensitivity" and should be used with caution in any visible light which includes the hair laser devices.
