Beard hair is a genetic trait similar to the color of your eyes and hair.  There are no products to increase beard hair.

No product may help you to grow a full beard. Beard area may restored with HT.You may plan  a hair transplant surgery with an expert from scalp skin follicular units to beard area with FUE to have facial hair.If the patient needs a full face transplantation at least 3000-3500 grafts would better to harvest and transplant to cheek, mustache areas..

In general you can't really make hair grow where it hasn't grown before. There are some topical treatments you can try that may stimulate growth in your beard area but it's likely that you'd require a transplant if you wanted to grow a full beard. I recommend you see a dermatology and/or hair specialist to determine what would work best for your case.

Many young men want to accelerate their beard growth and ask about it. It takes age (genetic triggers which occur in family lines) so if you want to find out when your beard will grow out, you need to find out when your father or grandfather started to grow their beard. Hormones should have kicked in nicely by the time a man reaches 18 but he must wait out his genetics as hormone alone are not responsible for the onset of beard grown. Beard transplants can be done when the young man is a bit older (over 25) if the beard has not grown in yet.  The only product that might grow the beard is minoxidil.
