Please see photo. I am pretty thin already, but I still have this horizontal “squished” looking belly button. I want a vertical belly button. I run/lift weights daily and have tried all sorts of different exercise programs and diets as well as cool sculpting on the upper part of my stomach, but my belly button is always horizontal, which makes me look flabby. What can I do to get a more vertical belly button?
