I was doing gymnastics the other day and lots of it including stretching out my belly button. now it is numb and tingling and the only thing I am really doing is putting ice on it. Is there anything I can do to make it feel better? And what is the longest this can take to go away? My belly button looks normal it is just a little puffy. Also I am unable to take a picture. Thanks.
