10 years post op. breathing issues, scar tissue, and deviation - Should I consider revision or am I risking asymmetry? (photos)

Henna2603
40, female. Had my first rhino 10 yrs ago. Developed scar tissue on the lower left cartilage. I also have breathing issues + deviated septum now. Considering a septo and minor revision to tip. Is it worth doing the cosmetic part? Will I see any improvement, or am I just risking more asymmetry? Can this be achieved via a closed approach? Will swelling be more manageable bc no bones will be broken?
