Hello, I want to get my boobs done I have always been self conscious about how wide set and sagging they are. I would love to have lifted and round breasts. Is there a way to make them look closer together, perky and round? Also, one is saggier than the other, can this be corrected? What is the best course of action? Thanks!
Answer: Breasts You will still be wide set because that is your anatomy, and the bases of your breasts cannot be moved. However, with implants, you can achieve more closeness. I would suggest an augmentation with implants behind the muscle for better upper breast fullness and more natural look with a lift.

Answer: Small, wide set breasts It is certainly not common with widespread breasts to undergo breast augmentation, with one of the goals being to close the gap. Obviously other reasons would be better shape and volume a good discussion with your surgeon will help guide you through this process of choosing the appropriate implant. Larger implants have larger diameters which can be used to minimize the spacing between the breasts. For sure, it would be wise to look at a number of before and after photos by your surgeon. Some surgeons are better than others in closing the gap. It is relatively easy to place implants separated, more work is often needed by the surgeon to get implants closer. A look at the surgeon's past work may give you an indication. Other considerations in addition to size and your choice of surgeons could include the profile of the implant. When one has small, tightly defined and widely separated breasts, and implant that maintains its shape may be preferable to an implant that is very soft and influenced by the tighter skin folds. In general implants with higher profiles achieve this better than lower profile implants. The three major implant manufacturers in the United States have suitable models for this. These are all very reasonable topics to discuss prior to your surgery.

Answer: Breast Augmentation A breast augmentation with a periareolar lift on both sides should get you there. Sizing of the implant is important in order to reduce the intermammary distance.

Answer: Small, wide set breasts Dear Helpful744814, my preferred lift is a lollipop lift when a periareolar won't do (ie greater than 2cm lift required). The lollipop technique was created by a Canadian plastic surgeon named Elizabeth Hall-Findley and treats the breast as a three dimensional structure instead of two dimensions (anchor - lift). Most importantly it does not require the horizontal component scars that the anchor-lift requires and breasts appear much more natural, lifted, and less boxy. Lastly, the lift lasts longer because the lollipop doesn't rely on the skin to hold the breast up, its actually breast tissue thats being brought together to support the breast and hence improves longevity. Answer: Breast augmentation with implants and a breast lift "Thank you for sharing your picture. Your concerns can be addressed through a combination of breast augmentation with implants and a breast lift, also known as mastopexy. Implants can provide you with volume and roundness to make them look closer together, perky and round. While a lift can correct the asymmetry, sagging and create a perkier appearance. The placement and size of the implants can also be chosen to make your breasts appear closer together. However, it's important to note that everyone's chest wall anatomy is unique and there are limits to how much the natural spacing between your breasts can be altered. Regarding asymmetry, it's a common issue and can indeed be improved during the procedure. A skilled surgeon can adjust the size, shape, and position of each breast to make them more symmetrical. However, please keep in mind that perfect symmetry is not always achievable due to natural anatomical variations. Before deciding, have a consultation with a plastic surgeon to understand the potential benefits, risks, and recovery aspects associated with these procedures. "
