Would exchanging my implants for a bigger size suit me or are my breasts too wide apart for them to suit my frame? (photos)

There is no issue upsizing issues here in my opinion. I would consider adding Galaflex for soft tissue support to prevent potentially causing any problems with a larger implant overtime.

I understand your concern. However, without a proper assessment, it would be difficult to determine what is wrong. It is best that you visit your plastic surgeon for further assessment or ask for a second opinion. Only after a thorough examination, you can get proper recommendations and advice.

Your breasts are widely separated, you have very little cleavage in the midline and most of your breast volume is falling laterally. This is why you aren't getting the projection you desire. You would benefit from a mini lift. Using a circumareola incision, the breast tissue is reshaped, elevated higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage.

Your size fits your frame and tissue well and looks natural. However, you could go up some if you want. Please do not chose an implant that is too large and heavy for your tissue and frame.

Go big(ger) or go home! Sizing of breast implants remains a difficult and frustrating process for patient and physician alike. Years ago, preceding the advent of imaging systems and breast dimension measurements many patients experienced the "wish I had gone bigger" phenomenon. Today, that percentage has markedly improved. Unfortunately, you are in that now smaller percentage. If you are unhappy with the current size of your breasts, do the upsizing. Bigger implants will NOT look "weird." They will just look bigger.
