Hello in Turkey,5000 grafts is a very large transplant, and you may want to question why you need such a large reconstruction, depending on your age, pattern and severity of hair loss. Unless you are in your late 40's and you are certain that your hair loss has essentially stopped, you may not want to use up so many donor hairs at once. Again, without photos and more information it is difficult to advise. In most cases, for men under 40, the best strategy is to restore the frontal hairline and midscalp in one session. That may require between 2000 and 3500 grafts in most men, and will take about 1 year to see the full result. Once the hair has fully grown, you can then decide if you want more hair at that point, and undergo a second procedure to cover the crown, or wait several more years until your hair loss has completely stabilized and then restore the crown. That is the safest and most conservative approach to take. The risk of taking 5000 grafts now is that you may exhaust all your donor hair and not have enough in case your hair continues to recede in the future.
