What kind of hair loss is this? Diffuse thinning combined with genetic hair loss? What will work for me? (Photos)

I am 26 years old experiencing this hair thinning and it is ruining my confidence so badly. Please help. I would like to know what kind of invasive and non invasive treatment options I have for my type of hair loss. Transplant? PRP? fat injection + transplant? for non invasive, will fat based like emu oil help? I am not taking minoxidil and propecia cause of side effects. I have included photos of my other family members (uncles) hair loss for reference. Thank you so much for your help.

You should see your surgeon right away. Without any pictures its very difficult to tell what exactly is going on. Severe dead skin across the scalp is not a normal side effect of hair transplantation that we see. Some minor dry skin is normal from time-to-time, but your case sounds more severe....

If you are considering a cosmetic surgery it would be in your interest to see a doctor for an examination to make sure you would be a candidate.  The line you drew may be too ambitious where the surgery may not meet your expectations.
