6 months after open rhinoplasty and my nose is still swollen, advice? (photos)

I had open surgery. There were so many problems in my nose so my surgery involved many job to do. After surgery, healing was so slow... i was like an alien for 6 weeks. Now(6 months later) my nose is still swollen and it’s annoying. Is that normal? I don’t know if i am thick skinned or not but there is something wrong with my nose. I tried to explain myself with my bad English. Thank you for your answer...

It may be displaced cartilage or scar tissue.  Either way, it can be treated once the proper diagnosis is made.  Sometimes steroid injections can reduce scar tissue as well.
