I had an intensive rhinoplasty one week ago that involved grafts/septoplasty/dorsum reduction/tip work etc... My doctor plans on removing splints in one week (2 weeks post op). Is this too long after? Also, my cast and tape are becoming lose. Will the loseness negatively effect the results?

Many factors come in to play when it comes to rhinoplasty and septal deviation. The septum and bones can be off as well as the platform on which the nose sits as well. I can usually make it straighter but not perfectly straight.
