Will cast removal 2 weeks post op/lose cast negatively effect rhinoplasty/septoplasty results?

I had an intensive rhinoplasty one week ago that involved grafts/septoplasty/dorsum reduction/tip work etc... My doctor plans on removing splints in one week (2 weeks post op). Is this too long after? Also, my cast and tape are becoming lose. Will the loseness negatively effect the results?
