Protruding white spot on rhinoplasty incision, can it be removed? 5 months post op. (photos)

I've noticed that there is a white spot protruding on one side of my septum. I got rhinoplasty surgery in Korea early July of 2017 and am worried that this may be a excess cartilage of some sort? Would applying scar silicone gel help in this case or would I have to get it surgically removed/lasered?
