Is this normal 15 days after blepharoplasty? Will the open suture heal? (Photo)

This is a small opening on the suture line and it should heal well with more time. At this point, I would not suture this dehiscence and let it heal in the natural course.

Small openings in the incision line of an upper eyelid blephroplasty will normally heal well with no scar.  It does not need to be re-sutured.  If for  some reason it doesn't, it would be an easy revision in the office.

You are still in the healing process and what you are seeing are not your results yet. It usually takes a few months to fully heal and a break in the incision is not common. Always keep the area clean and dry to prevent infection. Everything should heal well if proper care is maintained. 

I understand why you are scared but all should heal fine. The lid skin heals very well but just takes some time.  You definitely need to get that suture out. The one small hole should heal fine but if it doesn’t a small touch up procedure will take care of it. Good luck!
