Are my double eyelids too high after eyelid surgery? 1 week post-op.

It does not appear that you have much of a skin fold currently.  I cannot see your brows in that picture, but if they relax, the fold may return.  The brows might be elevated because of ptosis of the upper lids.  It is possible that ptosis repair in the future, if done properly, could bring the lids up a little bit, perhaps with compensatory downward brow relaxation.  Both of these effects would make the skin fold more prominent.
Regardless, there is absolutely nothing that should be done right now at this moment.  Let yourself heal, then reevaluate.

So sorry.  I am sure your surgeon meant well here. You needed a crease at 5.5 mm and you needed your ptosis fixed. These eyelid do not look like this because of swelling. Do not let this surgeon whip you back into surgery. You need to be patient here. To get the ultimate result that you need to look normal, it is essential to let these eyelids heal.  Generally we try to wait about 6 months before doing the fix.  Occasionally, for social reasons we will do the surgery one or two months earlier. There is no substitute for a detailed personal assessment. 

Your crease does appear generous, regardless of what the measurements were supposed to be.  And you do have ptosis where you lid encroaches on your pupil and that requires attention.  Was that present before your procedure?  At this point, must be patient and heal unless your procedure was also a ptosis repair and if so, then possibly you could be taken back now to try to fix it right.  Certainly keep your surgeon informed of what is happening and let your surgeon do the worrying for you as most surgeons only want the best outcomes for their patients.
