This is freaking me out. I woke up about 3 hours ago and my eye felt a little odd. I looked in the mirror and bam! One eye is smaller. No redness or tenderness either. I am 23, no contact lenses, no trauma. I am scared it will be like this forever! I also have always had perfect vision. My eye feels strange but doesn’t hurt or sting or anything. Thanks!!

You are correct in that you do have an uncommon eye shape for a female which is caused by a protrusion of the tail of your brow bones. That can only be treated by a bony tail of the brow bone reduction done through an upper eyelid incision. (transpalpebral brow bone reduction)
