Will a tummy tuck help pull up on upper thigh skin?

Yes, if properly planned and designed if you want that it can be done with the same low, hidden bikini incision. Sometimes liposuction is done in combination to achieve this result too.

it is hard to tell for sure without an examination. But is you have loose skin on your thighs, then you will probably need a thigh lift. If you are considering a surgery, I would suggest you to consult a board-certified plastic surgeon. Thanks for your question.  A revision tummy tuck can help with the issues you describe above. It sounds like you need a bit more tailoring to help flatten your tummy and also pull the thigh skin up.  This type of incision will likely need to go a bit further back around the hips but a well trained board certified plastic surgeon will be able to keep your incision quite low to avoid showing in bikinis and low shorts.  All the best,Dr. Steven Camp
