5 months post-op and I still have a pooch and rolls when I sit. Do I need a revision? (photos)

I’m 5 months post op I did well with swelling and don’t experience much swelling anymore since about one month post op I felt like my skin began to relax! I feel less confident and embarrassed as when I sit I look really big still. I look Ok when I stand....and only weighed 145-150 at surgery! I DID NOT LOOSE ALOT OF WEIGHT BEFORE I HAD SURGERY! I haven’t gained any weight either! Do you think this is revision worthy?
