Answer: Tummy Tuck should be performed once you are finished having children. Lipo360 can be done now. The answer to this question depends on your goals at the end of your recovery. In the photos you presented there is excess fat (lipodystrophy) of the abdomen and hips that can be sculpted with liposuction of the abdomen, hips and back (lipo 360). If you add an energy source such as Renuvion or Bodytite to the procedure you will get some skin retraction with the liposuction alone.
