In 2007 I weighed 320 lbs and got a DVT/PE during a c-section. I was negative for any clotting disorders and took comaudin 6 months. I have since lost 180lbs. I currently weigh 153lbs. I am wanting to get a tummy tuck and a breast lift /augmentation. My questions are : 1. Can I safely have both a tummy tuck and breast lift/augmentation done at the same time? 2. Would you suggest a blood thinner such as lovenox prophylacticly? I have been to consultations and I am getting conflicting answers.
