Is this still swelling from lipo or is my banana roll coming back? (photo)

I had lipo on my banana rolls on the 11/04/16, nearly 5 weeks ago. I was thrilled with my result. It looked smooth and exactly how I wanted! I've been wearing my compression garment day and night and doing normal activities. I can't exercise as I also had a breast lift. Yesterday I noticed my banana roll has returned. Not to the same extent but still. The area feels numb and puffy so Im hoping its swelling that will go away but how likely is this? Id be upset with this as a permenent result.
